As a national high-tech enterprise in the top-wall industry, Aohua takes pride in its 147 patents for integrated ceiling appearance technologies, 5 national invention patents, and 64 utility model patents. These achievements have not only earned us the titles of “National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise” and “Provincial High-tech Enterprise Research and Development Center,” but have also enabled us to successfully pass the ROHS Directive SGS certification, ASTM E84 fire resistance SGS testing, PONY test certification, Zhejiang Manufacturing certification, as well as multiple international system certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
We boast 15 highly efficient production lines for wood-plastic wall panels, grilles, and moldings, complemented by advanced extrusion equipment. All lines utilize a computerized automatic centralized feeding system, ensuring consistency and stability in our products. Our exclusive wood-plastic extrusion patent technology and wood powder formulation technology ensure superior physical properties of our wall panels, characterized by high flatness, strong surface hardness, low shrinkage, resistance to deformation, and compliance with European and American environmental standards, with no formaldehyde, lead, or heavy metal exceedance. Our fire resistance properties have passed the ASTM E84 Class A.
Additionally, we have an independent covering workshop equipped with 6 covering machines, 1 flat laminator, and 4 molding and grille covering machines. We have also introduced two advanced slotting and slicing machines from the Japanese Yasuda brand, ensuring product processing accuracy is within 0.1 millimeters, meeting the strict requirements of high-quality assembly. The covering workshop is equipped with three large constant temperature and humidity rooms to ensure the quality of products post-covering, and to guarantee that production is unaffected by climate and seasonal changes.
